If no vendor responds and you have already submitted an application, counties will be permitted to withdraw an application. Counties should reach out to AHP for technical assistance prior to formally withdrawing an application.

A project application packet will be made available to all counties with approved proposals. The project application packet will outline the required components, including, but not limited to, project site information, applicant information, facility information, description of residential site and type(s) of services, project budget, and project timeline. The application packet will also require several documents to be uploaded and attached, including schematic drawings, design drawings, or construction drawings (elevations and site plan).
