The requirement for a 20–30-year commitment to utilize a property for a DSH identified population is in alignment with the other behavioral health infrastructure programs currently funded by the State. DSH will open funding for competitive application from private providers in July 2024; providers who apply during that round will be required to have a letter of support from the county.
