Yes, services and support are required for the housing Infrastructure Project. The grant should be utilized to increase access to diversion and community-based restoration (CBR) treatment for eligible individuals found incompetent to stand trial (IST) on felony charges. Counties and providers that participate in this funding opportunity must commit to contracting with DSH for a mental health diversion and/or CBR program. The process regarding ongoing services will be outlined in the county contract.
