What is the process for a non-county entity to secure letters of support from key stakeholders?

DSH does not have a process for securing letters of support from stakeholders. Counties and non-county entities may confer with one another to gather knowledge regarding how to obtain the letter of support.

Research and consulting firm Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP) provides project management services to DSH for the process of awarding IST Infrastructure funding. Responsibilities include outreach, technical assistance, solicitation, selection, negotiation and contracting.
