Is there an expectation that if the service contract is not renewed for any reason, the financial burden to provide wraparound services for the Diversion/CBR IST population would fall upon the county for the remaining duration of the deed restriction?

 

If DSH is no longer able to contract with a county or provider, DSH will first record a termination and release of the deed restriction in the county where the Infrastructure Project is located. Without a service contract and a deed restriction, the county or non-county entity is not obligated to provide wraparound services for the Diversion/CBR IST population.
