Can facilities serve mixed populations?

Yes. DSH will be releasing a policy regarding mixed populations in IST residences soon.

Research and consulting firm Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP) provides project management services to DSH for the process of awarding IST Infrastructure funding. Responsibilities include outreach, technical assistance, solicitation, selection, negotiation and contracting.
