The funding allocated for this infrastructure project is at a flat rate and not intended to fully cover the cost of purchase/construction/rehabilitation. Ongoing mortgage costs are covered through the $228 daily bed rate in the service contract. Any adjustments over time will need to be requested through the state budget process.
