The 20-year covenant for rehabilitation and 30-year covenant for new properties cannot be waived or altered by the applicant. In the event that the service agreement between DSH and the grantee is no longer in effect, DSH shall record a termination and release of the deed restriction in the county where the Infrastructure Projects are located.
