How should applicants determine the number of IST beds to request before a specific property is identified and/or the size of the project is clear?

 

Consider capacity and the maximum number of beds identified by DSH for each county, and then apply for as many beds as needed to build/renovate residences. The first step is to propose as many beds as possible, then submit individual applications for each specific residential unit.
