This webinar presented information on the goals of DSH IST Infrastructure Program to develop residential housing settings as part of continuum of community placement and housing options for individuals deemed ISTs across the state. This funding opportunity is open to California counties that commit to contract with DSH for an ongoing diversion and/or community-based restoration program. An example of this model, Restoration Re-entry Residences, was presented by Troy Vaughn from Christ-Centered Ministries in LA County.
